Why You'll Love This

  • πŸ₯’ Fresh and creamy classic tzatziki flavour
  • πŸ’ͺ 40g of protein β€” hidden in plain sight
  • 😢 Genuinely can't taste the protein powder
  • πŸ›’ 5 simple ingredients, ready in minutes
  • 🌿 Great as a dip, a side, or a spread

Method

1️⃣ Prep the Cucumber

Grate the cucumber and pat dry with a clean towel or paper towel. Removing the excess moisture is key to keeping your tzatziki thick and creamy.

2️⃣ Mix the Protein

Whisk WPI Pure with 30mL of water until completely smooth. No lumps!

3️⃣ Combine Everything

In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, protein mixture, lemon juice, dried dill, and grated cucumber. Stir until well combined.

4️⃣ Top & Serve

Drizzle with olive oil or add a sprinkle of fennel if desired. Serve with crackers, pita bread, or fresh veggies.

When to Have It

  • As a high-protein snack between meals
  • As a side with grilled chicken or lamb
  • At your next BBQ β€” no one will know the secret ingredient πŸ˜„
  • Meal prep it for the week and keep it in the fridge

Once you try this, regular tzatziki just won't cut it anymore.

FAQs about High-Protein Tzatziki

Can I really not taste the protein powder?

Genuinely, no. As long as you use Unflavoured WPI Pure, it blends right into the yoghurt without any aftertaste. That's the whole point β€” all the protein, none of the weirdness.

What yoghurt works best?

Greek yoghurt is the way to go, it's thick, creamy, and already high in protein. A regular natural yoghurt will work too but the texture will be a little thinner.

How long does it keep in the fridge?

Stored in an airtight container, it'll keep well for up to 3 days in the fridge. Give it a stir before serving as it may release a little liquid over time.

Can I use fresh dill instead of dried?

Absolutely! Fresh dill gives a slightly more vibrant flavour. Use about 3 tbsp of fresh dill in place of the 2 tbsp dried.
