1. Choc Peanut Butter Bulk Shake

Ingredients
- 1 serve PSA Australian Whey Protein – Choc Peanut
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 300mL full-cream milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Handful of ice
Method
Add everything to a blender and blend until thick and creamy. Add a little more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
Optional: Add a drizzle of honey for some extra sweetness and carbohydrates.
2. Lean Berry Protein Smoothie
Fresh, fruity and high in protein without feeling heavy. This one is ideal when you want an easy breakfast, snack or post-workout smoothie with plenty of protein and a lighter calorie profile.

Ingredients
- 1 serve PSA Whey Isolate (WPI) – Strawberry
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 100g low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 200–250mL unsweetened almond milk
- Handful of ice
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Want it even lighter? Swap the almond milk for cold water and adjust the amount until you reach your preferred consistency.
3. Mango Passionfruit Collagen Smoothie
Creamy, tropical and made for summer mornings. Frozen mango and coconut yoghurt pair perfectly with Mango Passionfruit Collagen Peptides for an easy way to work collagen protein into your daily routine.

Ingredients
- 1 serve PSA Collagen Peptides – Mango Passionfruit
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 150g coconut yoghurt
- 150mL milk or coconut milk
- Juice of ½ lime
- Handful of ice
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until thick, smooth and creamy. Add a splash more milk if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
