Method

1️⃣ Make the Cookie Dough

Add the oat flour, Vanilla Pea Protein Isolate, peanut butter, maple syrup and choc chips to a mixing bowl.

Mix everything together until well combined.

If the mixture feels a little too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you have a cookie dough consistency that holds together.

2️⃣ Press Into Your Tray

Line a baking tray or dish with baking paper.

Add your cookie dough mixture and press it firmly and evenly into the base.

3️⃣ Add the Chocolate Layer 🍫

Melt the dark chocolate until smooth, then pour it over the cookie dough base.

Spread the chocolate evenly across the top.

4️⃣ Set

Place the tray in the fridge until the chocolate has set and the cookie dough has firmed up.

5️⃣ Slice & Enjoy

Once set, remove from the fridge and slice into bars.

That’s it. No baking, no complicated method, just cookie dough goodness with a chocolatey snap on top. 🍪✨
