Method

1️⃣ Preheat Your Oven

Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2️⃣ Mix Everything Together

Add the peanut butter, egg, Australian Whey Vanilla and most of the choc chips to a bowl.

Mix until everything is well combined, saving a few choc chips for the tops.

3️⃣ Shape Your Cookies

Roll the mixture into approximately 8 balls and place them onto your lined baking tray.

Press each one down slightly to create a cookie shape.

4️⃣ Add the Choc Chips 🍫

Press the remaining choc chips into the tops of your cookies.

Because more choc chips on top is always the right call.

5️⃣ Bake

Bake at 175°C for 8–10 minutes.

Take the cookies out while they’re still slightly soft in the centre. They’ll continue to firm up as they cool, so avoid overbaking them.

6️⃣ Let Them Set

Leave the cookies on the baking tray for around 10 minutes after removing them from the oven.

This gives them time to set while keeping that soft centre.

Then dig in while they’re still warm. 🍪

Frequently Asked Questions

Is whey protein safe to take every day?

Yes. For healthy adults, daily whey protein consumption is safe and well-tolerated. Concerns about kidney damage from high protein intake are not supported by the evidence in people with healthy kidneys - multiple large reviews have found no adverse effects at intakes up to 2.2 g/kg/day. If you have a pre-existing kidney or liver condition, consult your GP or an Accredited Practising Dietitian before supplementing. For everyone else: it's just food in a convenient form.

Can I use a different protein flavour?

Of course. Chocolate is the classic here, but PSA Vanilla or Salted Caramel would be just as delicious. Match it to whatever craving you're chasing.

How long do they keep?

Store them in an airtight container at room temp for a few days. Honestly though, with 12g of protein each, they tend to disappear well before then.

Can I use a different whey flavour?

Absolutely. The vanilla-and-chocolate combo gives you that classic soccer ball look, but any two PSA Australian Whey flavours will work. Mix and match to your taste.
