Method

1️⃣ Make the Dough

Add all brownie ball ingredients into a food processor and blend until a moist dough forms.

2️⃣ Roll Into Balls

Roll the dough into 9 evenly sized balls and place on a lined tray. Set aside.

3️⃣ Melt the Chocolate

Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

4️⃣ Coat & Top

Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off. Place back on the lined tray and sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top of each one.

5️⃣ Set & Store

Allow to set in the fridge or freezer. Best kept in the fridge β€” if they last that long!

FAQs about Chocolate Brownie Batter Balls

Can I make these without a food processor?

Yes! A mixing bowl and some elbow grease will do the job. Just make sure your peanut butter is soft and at room temperature so everything combines easily.

Can I swap the peanut butter?

Absolutely. Almond butter or cashew butter both work great. For a nut-free version, sunflower seed butter is a solid alternative.

Can I use a different WPI flavour?

The Chocolate WPI is what gives these their rich brownie flavour, so we'd stick with that one. A Choc Peanut Butter WPI could also work if you want to mix it up.

How long do they keep?

Stored in an airtight container in the fridge, they'll keep for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for up to 4 weeks, just grab one straight from frozen.
