✔️ 250ml unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk for a creamier consistency)
✔️ 160g YoPRO Banana
✔️ 30g WPI Banana protein
✔️ 1 ripe banana

Alright, not gonna lie—this creamy, dreamy tub of banana and Biscoff goodness has totally become my go-to. With over 40g of protein per serve, I don’t even feel bad about smashing the whole thing in one go... and trust me, I do. Often 😅

It’s sweet, smooth, protein-packed, and feels like dessert with benefits.

Method:

  1. Whack all your base ingredients into your Ninja Creami container and freeze overnight.

  2. Spin it using the Lite Ice Cream setting.

  3. Take it out, mix in a spoon of yoghurt, and hit Respin. Keep going until it’s super smooth and creamy.

  4. Throw in your Biscoff biscuit crumbs and use the Mix-In function.

  5. Finish with a drizzle of melted Biscoff and more biscuit bits on top.
