✔️ ½ cup frozen berries
✔️ 2 tbsp chia seeds

✔️ 3–4 fresh berries

Choc Top:

✔️ 20g dark chocolate
✔️ 5g coconut oil

This choc-top chia seed pudding brings together the sweet-tangy burst of berries, creamy coconut, and a smooth chocolate shell for a nourishing snack or brekkie that feels like dessert. Plus, it's packed with protein and calcium thanks to the lactose-free milk powder.

🍓 Method:

1. Blend the base:

In a blender, combine milk powder, water, sweetener of choice, and frozen berries. Blend until smooth.

2. Mix and soak:

Pour into a bowl and stir through chia seeds, desiccated coconut, and fresh berries. Adjust sweetness if needed. Pop in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours.

3. Make the choc top:

Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave. Pour over the set pudding and refrigerate until the top firms up into a crackable chocolate shell.
