✔️ ½ cup dates (soaked 5–10 min in boiling water, then drained)
✔️ ½ cup rolled oats
✔️ ¼ cup almond meal
✔️ ⅓ cup natural peanut butter (crunchy is great!)
✔️ 1 serve (30g) WPI Vanilla Protein
✔️ 2 tbsp coconut oil
✔️ 2 tbsp maple syrup
✔️ ¼ tsp salt

Chocolate Coating

✔️ 150g dark chocolate
✔️ 2 tbsp coconut oil

🥜 Method:

1. Blend the mix:

Add all ball ingredients into a food processor. Blend until a sticky, fine mixture forms. Taste and add extra maple syrup if you like it sweeter.

2. Roll & chill:

Roll into 12 balls and place on a tray. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.

3. Melt the chocolate:

Microwave dark chocolate and coconut oil in 20–30 second bursts, stirring until smooth.

4. Dip & set:

Coat each ball in the chocolate and place on baking paper to set. Optional: double coat for extra indulgence or drizzle extra choc on top.

5. Store:

Keep in the fridge or freezer. Let sit at room temp for 15–20 mins before eating if frozen.
