🍋 Method:
1. Blend the base:
Add all bar ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well combined. Adjust lemon or maple syrup for your preferred taste.
2. Press & chill:
Press the mixture firmly into a lined container or slice tin. Place in the fridge while you prepare the icing.
3. Make the icing:
Whisk all icing ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Pour over the base and spread evenly.
4. Set & slice:
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm. Slice into bars or squares and enjoy!
