✔️ 400g tin of chickpeas (rinsed + drained)
✔️ 30g Vanilla Pea Protein powder
✔️ ½ cup peanut butter
✔️ ⅓ cup (100ml) maple syrup
✔️ ½ tsp baking powder
✔️ 100g chocolate chips
✔️ Pinch of salt

🍪 Method:

1. Preheat the oven:

Set to 170°C (fan-forced).

2. Blend the base:

Add all ingredients—except the choc chips—into a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Add choc chips:

Fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula or spoon.

4. Bake:

Transfer the batter into a lined square baking tin. Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until golden on top and set.

5. Cool & slice:

Let it cool in the tin before slicing into bars or squares.

Enjoy warm, or chilled straight from the fridge—both ways are delicious.
