✔️ 80g self-raising flour
✔️ 25g chocolate whey protein powder
✔️ ¼ tsp baking soda
✔️ 50g brown sugar
✔️ 1 egg
✔️ ¼ cup almond milk

Topping:

✔️ 100g milk chocolate
✔️ 50g Nutella

These baked choc protein donuts are your shortcut to a sweet treat that won’t derail your day. They're fluffy, chocolatey, and packed with a boost of protein from whey—ideal for post-gym rewards, afternoon tea, or weekend baking fun.

🍩 Method:

1. Preheat & prepare:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 6-mould donut tin.

2. Mix wet ingredients:

In a bowl, whisk the egg, almond milk, and a dash of vanilla.

3. Add dry ingredients:

Fold in the flour, protein powder, sugar, and baking soda until just combined.

4. Fill & bake:

Spoon the batter into the donut moulds and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.

5. Ice & serve:

Let donuts cool slightly, then top with melted milk chocolate and a swirl of Nutella. Best enjoyed fresh with a cuppa!
