✔️ Pinch of salt

✔️ ½ cup chocolate chips
✔️ 1–2 tsp coconut oil

🍫 Method:

1. Mix wet ingredients:

In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter and maple syrup. Microwave for 15–30 seconds to loosen if needed.

2. Add dry ingredients:

Mix in the protein powder, shredded coconut, salt, and rice puffs. Stir until everything is coated evenly.

3. Shape into balls:

Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. Place on a tray and pop in the freezer to set.

4. Make the coating:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

5. Coat and set:

Dip or drizzle the balls with the melted chocolate. Chill until the coating hardens.
