✔️ 1–2 tsp cinnamon
✔️ Pinch of salt

Wet:

✔️ 2 large ripe bananas (mashed, approx. 250g)
✔️ ⅓ cup Biscoff (melted)
✔️ ⅓ cup liquid sweetener (maple syrup, rice malt syrup, or honey)

Stir-In

✔️ ½ cup chocolate chips
✔️ ¼ cup chopped walnuts

🍌 Method:

1. Preheat oven:

Set your oven to 175°C (fan-forced).

2. Mix dry:

In a large bowl, combine oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Prepare wet mix:

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and stir in melted Biscoff and sweetener.

4. Combine:

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Fold through choc chips and walnuts.

5. Bake:

Transfer to a lined tray and bake for approx. 20 minutes until the top is golden. Check around the 15-minute mark.

6. Cool & serve:

Let the slice cool in the tray for 10 minutes before slicing into bars or squares. Enjoy!
