Instructions:
- Chuck your oats into a saucepan with 1 cup of water (or plant-based milk if you're feelin' fancy).
- Bring to a gentle simmer while stirring.
- Once it's thickened up, take it off the heat and stir through your choc protein, glutamine, and creatine until smooth.
- Top with blueberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, honey, and of course—those cheeky choccy eggs.
