Yes yes and yes.

I’ve been taking spirilla since I was a kid and I have to say this stuff is fab!! I take it for general health as well as for the B12 as I am vegan. I’ve been able to go off my B12 supplements because of this stuff. Though I’m not a nutritionist, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to support their energy levels as well as any people newly switching to a plant based diet.
I’ll also add that it lasts a fair while considering two people take it daily in my house. We like it mixed with a little apple and blackcurrant juice.
