Protein Easter Eggs

Serves:

Time: 1hr

  • 1/2 Cup Raw Cacao
  • 1/4 Cup Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup 360 Chocolate Flavour
  • 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Slow & Grow Chocolate Flavour
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup/Rice Malt Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the Slow & Grow, Milk, Chia Seeds, Vanilla Essence, Maple Syrup and Salt. Mix until dough-like-ball forms. If the balls are too runny or too thick, add more casein, or milk depending on the consistency.

Step 2

Roll mixture into small, even-size egg-shaped balls, roughly the size of a 50c coin. Place on a large, lined, baking tray evenly spaced.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the Cacao, Coconut Oil and 360. Stir with a spoon until a thick, runny mixture is formed. Drizzle mixture over eggs, and place tray in the freezer for 40 minutes.

Step 4

Once eggs are cool, take out of the freezer, turn eggs over and drizzle the remaining mixture over the other side. Freeze for another 20 minutes. Take out of Freezer, and enjoy!
